Louisiana

Established in 2008 by clergy who wanted to see real change in their communities, the Micah Project performs faith-based community organizing and uses the development of leadership skills to empower citizens to organize their communities and find solutions to problems faced by people in the Greater New Orleans area. The Micah Project is comprised of 16 congregations and represents over 10,000 people.
